Creating art can be a great way to ease the anxiety of this period in lockdown.
These short art tutorials are designed to make use of tools and materials that we already have at home and can be replaced easily with something similar if we don’t.
They might help us break the cycle of boredom, entertain the whole family or practice mindfulness.
Colours, patterns, textures and even the sounds we produce with paper, brushes and water anchor us to the moment.
