RAINBOWS

Creating art can be a great way to ease the anxiety of this period in lockdown.
These short art tutorials are designed to make use of tools and materials that we already have at home and can be replaced easily with something similar if we don’t.

In these last few weeks, the rainbow has become a symbol of support for people wanting to express solidarity with NHS workers. The idea came from a nurse who intended it to be a sign of hope for patients and staff in hospitals across the country affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

FOR THIS TUTORIAL YOU NEED:

– Poster paint or acrylic paint in the colours of the rainbow
– Brushes
– Water
– Paper or Wrapping Paper
– Black Ink Pad and Rubber Stamps
– Black Crayon or Black Pen
– An old store card
